Nutrition Counseling is complete with recipes and grocery lists, in addition to consultation. The recipes are taylor made to particular food likes, dislikes, and nutritional goals. The main goal should always be to learn healthy techniques for a lifetime, unlike dieting. Depending on your needs and goals, the sessions may also include assistance in meal planning, grocery shopping (if requested), recipe creation, body composition analysis, exercise recommendations to accompany nutritional goals, and nutritional recommendations.
Nutritional Counseling will be done with an outside contractor.
